"This is a great place to stay in Christchurch near the botanical gardens and a lovely walk to the city center. I wish we could have taken advantage of the included breakfast on our last day but our flights were changed and we had to depart before it opened. Friendly staff and wonderful warm cookies. The rooms are a little dated and there was some rubbish that was not picked up for a period of time. I would definitely stay here again"

"Excellent location. Close to Bus interchange, so you have short walk to hotel from the bus 29 you can catch from airport, Cathedral square, central city shopping, river bank cafes and market are all very short walk from the hotel. Room is on the small size but beds are comfortable and room is clean. Think that they just need maybe 2 chairs for double room, not one. Christchurch is beautiful, walkable city and we didn't spend much time in the room anyway, so for short stays is perfect. "

"Great hotel on the edge of Christchurch city centre. Property is very new and rooms are spacious and well equipped c/w in room laundry facilities. Plenty of restaurants within and easy walk of hotel or 5 minutes into city centre. Would highly recommend."
