"We were very comfortable in this accommodation. The host Catherine was super, very friendly and accommodating. We had a dog trailer and needed to park off street. Catherine moved things around especially so we could do that. We also loved the welcome basket of treats on our arrival. A very thoughtful and kind gesture. Would definitely stay again."

"The bathroom and toilet is upstairs and the 3rd bedroom is tiny under the eaves, more suited to 2 children with 2 single beds. The fire is fabulous, everything else a wonderful experience and super comfortable larger beds"

"We wanted a place outside the Christchurch for our last night in New Zealand. The cottage was just perfect. It was had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer."

"Simple, functional space in a quiet reserved farming area. The cottage had everything we needed, and it was just a short drive to Rangiora. David brought us fresh-baked bread, which was fantastic. We ran into some unexpected health issues and David was extraordinarily kind and helpful."

"Loved the ppty…thanks for sharing. Only small issue was getting the lock box code at the last minute. I would recommend the ppty."

"Beautiful property but Old and Needing Maintenance. Power went out in kitchen, couldn't find circuit board/fuses. Toilet in master bath quit working, plumber had to be called. Lamp on wall above bed inoperative and loose. Light above sink in master bath is out. Property needs attention before I would recommend. Shame, great location with potential."

"Sandard of the interior was immaculate. Sadly on the 2nd night other guests arrived to stay in the sleep out compromising the privacy of the property which was v.important to us as we had small children. Disappointed this wasnt made clear as we probably wouldnt have booked."

"Cute cottage, easy access and parking. Lovely new kitchen and bathroom. Overall cottage needs some maintenance work e.g. one of the bedroom doors didn’t shut, the second bedroom is quite small for two beds. The grounds could do with a bit of work as well. "

"Stayed for one night (couple). Staff were great, friendly and professional. Hotel was clean and presentable. The Vietnamese cafe downstairs had the most delicious bahn mi! Westfield shopping center was only a few minutes walk away, also food places like McDonald’s and others. A good hotel, would recommend 👍"
