We received one message from the hotel saying how to get into the room and have not heard from them since despite contacting them in regards to our lack of WiFi, clean towels, and air conditioning. We did not see a single employee or other guest all 5 nights which was concerning as well. Property has absolute bare minimum of a uncomfortable bed, toilet and shower. "
