i booked this hotel because it was within walking distance to Eiffel Tower, which i have to join a bus tour to Mont St Michael early in the morning. It is in a convenient area, metropolitan stn, market and restaurants nearby.

We were very pleased with our stay here and the cleaning and desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room overlooking the boulevard was well appointed and quiet. The neighborhood is vibrant but not too noisy - don't miss the food markets on the boulevard median Wednesday and Sunday mornings, especially the Sunday one. We'll happily return!

There is a subway station right across. The property is old, but it was great over all. There are so many great restaurants very near, laundry next door. Grocery markets steps away. Bakery’s, coffe in the corner was the best I had ever, caffe ou latte. It was a great hotel to be in Paris.

This is a small family owned hotel rather close to the Eiffel Tower. You are maybe 15 blocks walking. They were very helpful and the area near by is safe and there are restaurants and one or two mini markets.

Great location. Brasseries and patisseries and a grocery in close proximity. Subway is very close. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Staff is great and very helpful. I do suggest they get on Whats Ap to accept phone calls from other countries. They are not answering their emails.
