"We’ve been travelling through London and Paris for two weeks and this was my favourite hotel of all. We booked an Eiffel Tower view and were on the 6th floor. Despite thinking we would just get a glimpse of the top, we got a stunning view, which was even more beautiful at night when it was all lit up. The room was really spacious, with a kitchenette and desk area. There is a laundry (pay per use) at the hotel as well which was great. Shower was great. Walkable to lots of major sight-seeing places, and you couldn’t be closer to the metro - it’s right outside the door. Because of this, there is a little train noise when the window is open, but being winter our windows were mostly shut so this didn’t bother us at all. "

"Great hotel. Located near multiple metro and RER lines. Building was nicely renovated and furnished. Rooms were compact but very efficient and well designed. Plenty of storage and very comfortable beds. Kids loved the bunks. Shower room was spacious and seperate toilet room was a bonus. Staff were excellent, and breakfast was good value. A selection of pastries, bread, and cold cuts, plus cereals and even a few hot dishes. Would definitely stay again. Very family friendly."

"Such a really cool hotel , but if your staying here for the balcony view , you have to get a room that is on the Eiffel Tower side , if you get a “garden “ view , it’s nothing more than some bushes and a little grass . There was no way of seeing the Eiffel Tower from the hotel other than the rooms that faced it. The “rooftop “ is closed for construction and you can’t go there . "

"Read a ton of reviews prior to booking. Was unsure based on a few reviews mentioning that the property was old and that the local subway train was noisy, etc. We LOVED the hotel. Small...only 4 floors. Not a ton of people and waiting for elevators, etc. Rooms are small so I did book a junior suite because we are not lite travelers and needed space for our luggage, etc. We loved the space, the service, staff, etc. We did breakfast there every day because it was easy, but a ton of choices right outside the hotel. Breakfast not bad at all, just no variety. Starbuck next door and an awesome bakery next to the Starbucks...and a McDonalds a few steps away. At least 6 GREAT restaurants in walking distance. We ate dinner at 4 the 6...all were good. Location great...Most major attractions were about a 10-minute taxi/uber ride...30 to 35 minutes to Montmartre. Usually, 4 to 6 taxis sitting outside if needed. And if you are a fan of public transportation, it's awesome...you have the subway and city bus steps away. We were able to hear the train, but did not keep us from sleeping or anything. lots of small boutiques in walking distance...several convenience stores/supermarkets where we could snacks and drinks. Hotel gave us water everyday as well. All in all we loved the area and the hotel."
