"Oh boy where should I start... whether you can communicate with the front desk in English depends on which staff is on duty. Some barely understand English and showed little interest in serving customers who don’t speak Spanish while some are equipped with better language skills. The AC was not working since day one and it was never fixed. Whenever I called, I was always told they were working on it. For a week, it was like sauna in my room during afternoon.
