Alexa the breakfast hostess was very attentive and always say hello with a smile. even follow up with a random question i had the first time i met her. Sebastian and Luis the restaurant servers were very helpful and making sure everybody was being taken care of. The bell staff was friendly and helpful (sorry, i don't remember their names). I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Pereira. Hope to see you soon."
