The room was large compared to other European rooms and the hotel was right in the center of the city, just a few minute walk to the square. They had a great breakfast buffet as well with super friendly staff and it was a great way to start each day. Easy transport to coordinate with the front desk to the train station or airport made our lives easier when leaving. "

"The room was roomy. My favorite thing was the Fat Cafe restaurant located at the bottom floor. Very well located at just a few steps from the Astronomical Clock and close to most attractions. Lovely place. Highly recommended! "

"Absolutely EXCELLENT from the beginning. The staff on reception when we checked in were delightful. So welcoming and friendly and it’s the first time a property has ever recognised my hotels.com platinum status. I don’t ever expect it as I don’t really care, but the fact they made an effort and gave me a bottle of Prosecco and free access to their health spa was just such a lovely touch. It made me feel really special. The room was huge and so traditional for the area. It had everything I needed, nice cool AC, a huge bed and a lovely big bathroom with fresh towels and toiletries. The rooms and public areas are absolutely spotless. Immaculately bright and clean and the windows are triple glazed which offers peace and quiet at night. The hotel is perfectly situated for everything the city has to offer and is a short walk from the main station. I cannot recommend this place enough. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for years and was such a wonderful experience. "
