"Beautiful hotel and a spatular location."

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. "This hotel was fantastic. They had the friendliest staff that was willing to help with anything. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. The biggest surprise was all the extras that we got wit our room. "The hotel is very close to the Pilani gondola. An easy walk even in all your ski gear and carrying your equipment. It is also very near to other restaurants and bars and only a few minutes walk to shopping. We found it very easy to get around the town without transportation and had a fantastic stay.
