"This place is just a place for sleeping. The good part is that the room is big for more than 4 guests. Parking space is available. But amenities are insufficient. For examples, there is no conditioner for hire and water temperature is low. Furnitures are a mixed bag. If not for on-site parking, I will try differently places for stay. "

"I booked this apartment for the view and the price. The view was so amazing, almost the best in town I'll bet. This is an apartment, not a hotel, so don't expect amenities. "The apartment am Grundlsee is a beautiful modern apartment with all the amenities. Everything we needed for our stay, for cooking and sleeping. Location is right in the middle of the tiny town, and the only drawback is that it sits right on the main road, so there is daytime traffic noise, but nights are fine. The lake is right across the street and the view is amazing. Grundlsee is a piece of heaven on earth!"

"My stay at Margit and Manfred's was incredible. The location of the apartment is perfect, with amazing views of the mountains at one side, and direct access to several mountain routes at the other one. The apartment itself is very cosy, what you would expect for a place to relax in the Alps. And last, both Margit and Manfred were super friendly and always willing to help with whatever I needed Definitely recommend this place!"

"After we left we were charged 200 euros claiming that two living room pillows were wet outside and on the door of a storage room that was broken before we arrived, half a bottle of wine and olive oil that turned out to belong to the villa owner and we were not told anything about it. We received a threat that they would turn to the police and a lawyer. It's just a disgrace to charge such a large sum for such small things"
