I'm not blaming the hotel for this, but I think they could have done a bit more to compensate. All they gave me was a free drink coupon, when I was expecting like a voucher toward a future trip."

"Stylish interior, rooms were quiet and spacious. Would recommend for couples or small groups looking for a nice spot to take in the city in style. Evidently used to be a tea warehouse for the Dutch East India Company, so the walls are solid and the ceilings are ludicrously high in rooms."
