"Good condo. Modern and in a gated community. Location is a bit far from the attractions and a car or other transport is important but we knew that. Thought no A\C would be an issue but it wasn't with the windows open and fan. It's a nicer place than the pictures would elude too which was a pleasant surprise. She was very responsive and flexible. "The location was fine. The owners were attentive. The furniture was old and ripped. A few pieces were fine, but the rest should have been in the trash. If they only had the good pieces in the house it would have been fine, but the ripped pieces just downgraded the whole process."
