"From the delicious meals to the excellent customer service, we felt that we were had boarded a luxurious ocean cruise and rather than checked into a hotel in the Alps. One can walk to hiking trails and jump on the cable cars directly from the hotel. Gerlos is a tiny tourist village filled with only hotels and restaurants, but there is a decent supermarket for grabbing drinks and snacks. "Really beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and amazing breakfast buffet (I only had breakfast booked but it was also no problem to have dinner with a friend there that did not stay at the hotel)! The staff was super friendly and forthcoming and the sauna and pool was very nice! Rooms were beautiful and very modern! Really loved it there and would book again anytime "

"Outstanding service and accommodations! 1.Tremendous Resturant and Cocktail Bar! 2. Breakfast was delicious 3. Extremely convenient for skiing, as the front desk can print off a ski pass for you, the Bus stop for the Ski-Bus is literally right outside the front door of the hotel. Hotel also has a Ski Storage room with plenty of mondern Boot Dryers. 4. Sauna was very clean and relaxing! 5. Convenient Parking behind the hotel."

"the hotel was very well located in Gerlos centre across the road from the ski bus. room was a good size, staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was good and the restaurant food also hit he spot after a day on the hill. Car parking was about 50m up the road. Only gripe was the noise from the Cin-Cin bar across the road. It was noisy and necessitated the use ear plugs to get some sleep."

Its pretty small place, just some bars and restaurants are available but you're so close to the mountains so it was perfect for our hiking trip.
