Attractive apartment in Hainzenberg with ski room

Seek respite in the mountains away from the fuss of urban life. Located at the edge of the village of Hainzenberg (between Zell am Ziller and Gerlos), this apartment is going to give you all the winter feels. Families with children will be happy as the children can rejoice here, and a group of 12 can live comfortably.

The ski bus stops nearly right on the doorstep and will take you to the Zillertal Arena or the smaller Hainzenberg ski area (nearby) for free. Supermarkets and Restaurants lie closeby to pick meals and groceries.

The charming and comfortably furnished holiday homes are located on the first and second floors. This is a part of working farm where animals live year-round, and which is very child friendly with a playground, swing, trampoline and sandbox. Central Heating ensures pleasant indoors. You can relish barbecued lollies as you admire the sunset. Garden and garden furniture will let you soak in some sun on a sunny day.

Insegesamt sehr gelungene Reise
Der Aufenthalt bei Familie Geisler, war sehr schön. Alle Familienangehörige Geisler, waren sehr herzlich, nett und haben ubs bei jeglichen Fragen Hilfestellung gegeben. Das Haus bzw. die Wohnung im 1. Stock ist super mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, sehr geräumig und sauber. Selbst mir 8-10 Personen hatte jeder für sich einen Rückzugsort gefunden. Auch die Küche lies keine Wünsche übrig. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Wir waren in der ersten Januar Woche 2024 zu Gast und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten die komplette Wohnung in der ersten Etage gebucht und hatten mit 8 Erwachsen und 4 Kindern ausreichend Platz. 4 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer waren vollkommen ausreichend und die Küche verfügte über einen entsprechend großen Tisch, an dem alle Platz fanden. Dies ist für uns immer besonders wichtig, weil wir Frühstücken, Abendessen und vor allem auch am Ende des Tages uns dort zum Spielen und gemütlichem Zusammensein treffen möchten. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zum Skifahren super, da man nur 60 Meter bis zur Ski-Bus Haltestelle laufen muss. Wir haben unsere Autos daher nur zum Einkaufen bewegen müssen. Noch besser ist die Lage zum Familien Skigebiet Gerolsteinbahn direkt gegenüber der Bushaltestelle. Hier kann die alte Pendelseilbahn gar keine Massen an Skifahrern auf den Berg befördern, wie etwa in Gerlos. Oben angekommen fanden wir super präparierte, lange, breite Pisten. Hier gab es keine Schischulen, kein Massentourismus nur ganz viel Platz zum Ski fahren. Dazu kostenloses Vergnügen mit Tubes in einer Schneebahn und nette Einkehrgelegenheiten. Zurück zum Haus und deren Vermieter. Wir wurden herzlich von der Familie empfangen und mit guten Tipps versorgt. Ob Brötchenservice, sehr geräumiger Skikeller mit Stiefelheizung oder Restaurantempfehlung. Im Großen und Ganzen eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für große Gruppen/Familien im Winterurlaub. Die Bewertung des Sommerurlaubs überlasse ich dann jemand anderen.

Prima en ruim huis
Het huis voldeed goed aan onze verwachtingen. Ruim, prima woonkeuken. Er is geen huiskamer, maar de keuken is groot met een grote tafel. De slaapkamers zijn groot. In een kamer zelf een ruime bank. Zell am Ziller ligt op een paar minuten met de Auto. Je kan alle kanten op. Wij vonden de weg voor de deur wel druk, waardoor je niet zo snel op het balkon gaat zitten.
