Lovely apartment, great location.
The apartment is lovely, very comfortable. Location is great, just across road from zillertalbahn, so getting about was easy. Aschau itself very small and quiet, but we liked that, Mayrhofen only short train ride away. Marina and her mum were lovely, will definatly be returning.

Perfect location
Very clean and comfortable apartment for six people. Pleasant furnishings and well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful view from the comfortable balcony. Convenient location in the center of Aschau: under the house there are essential shops and some restaurants, easy to reach all the beauties of the ZIllertal. Kind and helpful owner. Molto consigliato. Grazie.

Prima vakantie
Het was een prima locatie. We kregen via sleutelkluisje de sleutel. We deden het appartementencomolex open, en probeerden met de sleutel de eerste deur. Die ging open, maar bleek van een ander echtpaar te zijn. Het balkon van appartement is leuk en kun je goed met een groep zitten. 1 bewoner gebruikte een kamer die in onze gang uitkwam. In de gang waren de slaapkamers van onze kinderen. In het Zillertal is in de zomer genoeg te beleven. We hadden warm weer: veel gewandeld in de bergen en gezwommen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir haben die Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Es war sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Manches ist in die Jahre gekommen( z.B. Bad) Dafür stimmte für uns aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Traumhaft ist der große Balkon, den wir selbst im Winter an sonnigen Tagen genutzt haben. Die Lage im 3 Stock ist mit Hund nicht ganz so ideal.

Schöner Skiurlaub
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Aschau. Die Wohnungsbeschreibung ist sehr genau, und Marina ist eine sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Die Lage zum Skibus sowohl nach Kaltenbach als auch nach Zell ist super, ebenso zur Bäckerei und zu einem Supermarkt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist einfach, aber für uns völlig ausreichend. An dem großen Tisch haben wir gerne und viel gegessen und gespielt.

Super Ferienwohnung
Uns hat es hier sehr gefallen, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und immer bemüht, damit man im Zillertal eine schöne Zeit verbringt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral um die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Kinder hatten zu ihrer Freude einen eigenen Bereich mit zwei Zimmern. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, der sehr große Balkon ermöglicht einen schönen Blick ins Tal. Bien placé mais intérieur du logement vieillissant
Bon emplacement dans le village, du coup un peu bruyant Terrasse sous les toits très agréable. Intérieur et équipement vieillissant, jardin fleuri mais juste d agrément pas pour s installer.

Die Wohnung ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, das Waschbecken ist zersprungen, das Sofa völlig kaputt, der Besteckkasten der Spülmaschine völlig durchlöchert, so dass das Besteck durchfällt! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, trotzdem kann ich eine Wohnung so nicht vermieten!!

Die Lage der Wohnung war zentral in Aschau im 2. Obergeschoß mit einem großen Sonnenbalkon. Der erste Eindruck der Wohnung war ok. Allerdings stellten wir im Laufe der Zeit fest, das die Sauberkeit recht oberflächlich war. Die Küche war sehr in die Jahre gekommen und Geräte nicht voll funktionsfähig. Bei dem Geschirrspüler konnten die Körbe nicht richtig herausgezogen werden, der Besteckkorb war durchlöchert, so dass das Besteck durchrutschte. Das Badezimmer lag in einer Dachschräge, so dass größere Personen beim Duschen so ihre Schwierigkeiten hatten. Im Wohnzimmer stand eine Ledercouch die dermassen in die Jahre gekommen war, dass das Leder im Sitzbereich komplett verschlissen war und Risse hatte, elegant mit Decken kaschiert. Die Stühle am Esstisch waren teilweise mit Absplitterungen oder komplett aus dem Leim, so dass sie nicht gefahrlos genutzt werden konnten. Es fehlte Schrankraum in den drei Schlafzimmern, so dass man eigentlich aus der Tasche gelebt hat. Die Wohnung war in zwei Teile aufgeteilt links Wohnraum mit Balkonzugang, Küche, Bad und ein Schlafzimmer, durch einen Flur getrennt noch ein Schlafzimmer mit dem Durchgang zu einem dritten Schlafzimmer. Über den Flur zu diesem beiden Schlafzimmern ging ein Gang, der täglich vom Vermieter mit seinem Hund mehrfach genutzt wurde. Dieser Zustand war gerade in den Abend- und Nachtstunden sehr unangenehm, da es nur einen Schlüssel für unseren angemieteten Bereich gab, so das die Privatsphäre nicht wirklich berücksichtigt wurde. Diese Unterkunft werden wir nicht mehr buchen.

Meubels zijn aan vervanging toe, bank versleten en stoel viel bijna uit elkaar. Rekje in vaatwasser mag ook wel vervangen worden. De locatie is top, tussen 2 skigebieden in. Bakker, supermarkt en restaurant naast het appartement.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben alles so wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Wohnzimmer, Küche und Balkon bieten viel Platz. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an Nichts. Die schwarze Abfahrt in den Ort endet 300 Meter hinter dem Haus und war hervorragend. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Perfekte Lage für Erkundung des Zillertals
Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Der Balkon sehr groß und überdacht. Man kann sowohl die Sonne als auch den Glühwein an kalten Abenden genießen. Zwei Schlafzimmer sind durch einen Flur getrennt, was bei einem Teenager überhaupt nicht vom Nachteil war. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Zillertal zu erkunden. Die im Haus wohnende Hausbesitzer gibt jede Menge Tipps für perfekte Ausflüge.

Mooi oostenrijks huis met veel bloemen, aan een leuk pleintje
Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in het huis van Marina en haar moeder. Het was ruim en had een balkon met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. De omgeving is geweldig en er is erg veel te doen!

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad ondanks de Corona tijd. Het appartement heeft een fantastisch uitzicht en mooi balkon. Wel is de inrichting wat gedateerd.
