"This property is in need of a better water system. The water went out several times during our stay and it took the owner a long time to restore it. Once it did come on it would only stay on for a short time. The owner needs to remedy this problem before it should be rented again. We did with out water 2/4 days of our stay. "Tucked on a hillside overlooking Ixtapa, the villas are a peaceful spot to settle in to after your day at the beach. Most days started with the 4.5 km walk in to the main market area near the resorts , along a biking/walking pathway between Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo. Cab rides home at nite typically cost 120 pesos , Rooms are spacious and beds were comfy king size.
