"Slight delay with check in but small error was fixed. Bikes were not fit for riding and that was one question we did not get answered and bikes were a reason we chose this property. So we rented bikes and rode. Bike paths are great as is bus system. Communication was solid otherwise. Pool and outdoor area well maintained. BBQ needed supplies. "This property is in need of a better water system. The water went out several times during our stay and it took the owner a long time to restore it. Once it did come on it would only stay on for a short time. The owner needs to remedy this problem before it should be rented again. We did with out water 2/4 days of our stay. The communication with the owner was mediocre at best. The check in process could also be improved. The check n time starts @ 4:00 pm and we arrived @ 6:00 pm because it’s...
