"Booked in at the last minute, less than 2 hours before we checked in and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They bent over backwards to help us and prepared food for us after the bar had closed as we had missed service. We would highly recommend and will be staying there again. "

"All I can say is, I wish we had stayed more days. Our next stop is San Sebastian, but would’ve easily stay in Bilbao at this hotel a couple more days- clean, elegant, beautiful rooftop view, and great brunch buffet."
