"The hotel's proximity to both the old town and the Guggenheim museum makes it the ideal location. When it came to checking in and out, the staff was all welcoming and accommodating. Our room was neatly maintained, quite large, and had a very comfortable bed. However, because the shower's drainage was a little plugged, we had a minor issue. Even with this minor issue though, we had a pleasant stay."

"The hotel is located in a nice are you can walk pretty much anywhere from there. Also the metro station is just a couple of blocks away. The staff was super friendly, our waiter at the terrace was Gabriel, he was always prompt to serve and was super friendly and did an awesome job recommending us thing to do in Donostia. "

"A little out of town and on a relatively steep hill. However, there is a metro station only 200m away which gives easy access to the city. Next to a main road and so there was regular road noise at night. The pool was shut. Staff were efficient and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. A large sitting area on the ground floor to enjoy a drink from the bar."

"We stayed here for 2 nights and were very happy with the facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful and it is close to the Guggenheim museum and a nice park. There are a variety of cafe’s and bars close by and it is a straight walk to the old town which takes about 20 mins. The hotel has a rooftop pool and a very comfortable bar lounge. Would definitely use again. "

The room was also surprisingly quiet even though it faced the street, and the beds were super comfortable. It was just very sparse- the blankets were thin, there were hardly any toiletries, and the room itself was quite small so hard to stay in for too long. "
