"I liked how easily accessible the property was and how the staff were very well versed in tourist attractions and the like. I was helped by Marta when I checked in and she gave me a map with all the places I’d need to go to or tourist and food spots circled in which was very helpful, as well as the transportation links around the city. "Often time when travelling unpredictable things happen. We arrived in Bilbao after 11 which in turn left us with nowhere to sleep as they do not accept check-ins later. This was pretty upsetting after an already tumultuous day. I would never book for somewhere again that won’t be able to check us in."

"This was a highly functional suite with 2 TV’s, European refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, dishes, cooktop, etc. the grocery store is<2 blocks away. Front desk is not staffed 7x24, but they ordered us a cab for non-staffed hours, and it arrived right on time. Very neat and clean. Trendy contemporary decor. We would go there again.
