"The room was very clean and comfortable. We liked the love seat in our room. We were able to sit in comfort and read at night. The people upstairs were yelling ,stomping and running at 12:30pm. I will stay there next time and hope there are quieter people above us. Nice place"

"This house was the perfect place for my family and I to stay in while visiting family in Zephyrhills! It can be a bit tricky getting out of the driveway since this house sits on a busier road, but it’s completely doable. The pool in the back was just icing on the cake! My kids enjoyed it immensely! The entire pool area is enclosed in a screened porch making it so nice to enjoy in the evenings. We will definitely look to stay here again!"

"Overall good property. Our biggest problem was we rented a place to Hold eight but the hot heater is only able to handle 3-4. Needs a large hot water heater. Maybe some baking sheets - was a nice stay and worked well overall."
