"A peaceful and quiet stay—just what we needed. The location is walkable from the airport, which was incredibly convenient. The atmosphere was tranquil, making it easy to relax. Staff were lovely and welcoming throughout. Breakfast offered a wide range of options and everything we tried was great. The room was spotless—very clean and well maintained. Overall: A calm and convenient stay with friendly service and a solid breakfast. Would happily return."

"Absolutely the worst experience we ever had. No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise. Room cards were on the counter with names and card numbers but no staff again. No lights in rooms or activity and overall a odd location. "Property is in the middle of nowhere so it’s quiet and safe. Studio is spacious and very clean. Staff( the owners) are wonderful. Small restaurant offers delicious dishes. 15km ( 10 on dirt road) is Jesolo. Wild life is active( deer, foxes , birds). Overall very pleasant experience. Highly recommended."

"What a lovely place to stay, easy to find, lots of parking available. Check-in was easy & the receptionist really helpful, explaining everything. Nice touch of complimentary mini-bar. Breakfast was excellent with fresh cooked eggs, everything was delicious Hope to return again later this year "

"I loved this B&B. I come to this region every year for a trade show and this is by far the best accommodation I've found. It's located in a rural and peaceful area of the countryside. Just outside the town. On arrival I had to call the property number to get my access key. I think the owners (a family) lives in the house next door. The property is immaculate, clean and welcoming.
