"This is a wonderfully spacious, nice apartment. Comfy bed and couch. The company that manages the property was very helpful and available for help. I suggest letting them arrange the boat transfer (we came from the train but they organize from the airport too). It is on the 4th floor with no lift but not bad really. "

"Maria and Carlo are very gracious host! He met us as water taxi plus provided very useful info for our Venice stay plus Maria followed up with recommendations. She was very prompt responding to our inquiries for a doctor for one of our friends who fell sick. The property is very comfortable, quiet and clean. Beds comfy too.
