"We visited this property for two nights as a group of 11 women working on our personal growth. The house was perfectly suited to our needs and had just the right amount of space for all of us to spend time together as a group. We enjoyed the deck and green spaces for dancing and meditation, and the common area is well suited for sitting by the fire or on the beautiful meditation cushions provided in circle. "This house has the potential to be amazing however, the listing is not an accurate display of how the house is currently maintained. The gardens are all overgrown and there is a swamp in the backyard that is infested with mosquitoes. The house has rotten floors with holes throughout and places where you think you may fall through the floor.Pool area was not as listed. It looks like the pictures were taken more than 10 years ago and the house has not been properly maintained. The road noise was...

"Simple, clean and spacious - had everything necessary (including sugar for coffee, washer and dryer, hot water shower.) Great view from the terrace. Fantastic value for the price."

The communication with Fabricio (property manager) was outstanding. He even offer us a huge list of things to do and always was kind and helpful for our questions.
