"We stayed in the Casita de madera for two months from January to March, i.e. during some of the coldest months of the year. The open fireplace contributes a lot to the cosiness factor but as a heating mechanism is not that efficient, so very glad there was also an electric radiator, which in the coldest weeks was struggling to keep us warm. It is a typical old Spanish townhouse in a small village in a beautiful location. It is not a luxury place in any way. Everything is very old and dusty. "I was surprised by the automatic check-in machine, but it went smoothly. The room was very clean and had the most amenities I've ever seen. Surprisingly they provide slippers and a bottle of wine! There was a vacant lot right in front of the hotel, so we didn't have to worry about parking. Since it was a winter stay, we couldn't use the pool. However, in the other seasons there must be even more fulfilling accommodations."
