"I booked the one bedroom for this stay and I must say that the service was excellent as I got clear instructions before checking-in and also great service upon check-in. It is a centrally located hotel with a number of dining options nearby and walkable to some sites and the central train station. The property does not have a lift, and AC - I stayed in August so I had to keep the window open all the time - I was lucky there were not a lot of insects even if the room is just in front of a tree....

"The hostel is new and clean, but basic. No daily room cleaning, very functional furnishings. Fine if you need to be in the area which is 30-40 minutes by tram from the city center but otherwise better places for less can likely be found with a bit of looking."

"Very nice property and very secure. Friendly and helpful check in staff. The road outside is busy and loud. But we were tired from exploring so managed to sleep ok. Air con is great! "

"Close to the airport. But hard to find as the address listed isn’t the correct one. Luckily my cab driver called and got the correct directions. The room was clean and private. I had limited options since I’m travelling with my dog. Internet was good and I was able to work from my room. Really the only negative is that the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and not very private."

"Oh my, it's difficult to find words to describe how bad experience this was. First of all, the hotel promises "double bed" on hotels.com. When we arrived, it came out that not only they failed to read our booking (stating clearly our preference for double bed) but also that they don't actually have double beds in their hotel. What they have are just separate twin beds which they can push together. But two twin beds never form double bed together - just two beds together. At check-in we...
