"I have stayed at two other hotels in Yuma within a block from the Wingate on multiple trips since 2017 and the Wingate wins for modern decor and style. However, Wingate's included breakfast was a notch below those offered at the other two hotels...fewer options to choose from, not much "healthy" stuff either. I only stayed one night at the Wingate on this trip because I already had a prepaid two-night reservation at one of the other two hotels. On late notice I had to arrive in Yuma a day...

"6 week stay: The couch/loveseat were very comfortable. You will find the kitchen well stocked with basics and some surprises. Nice supplies. Master bed was comfortable. Black out curtains in place. Master bath was nice, shower large. The pool was lovely. Lounge chairs available. Grapefruit trees on pool premises. YUMMO. BBQ available. There is a 2nd bathroom which isn’t mentioned in Karen’s ad!! Its lovely. 2nd bedroom is a comfortable size. Nice closets. Nice towels and linens. Nice...

" The motel staff were okay. I did get bitten by a cockroach while lying on the bed. I thought it was a bed bug, at first, and got moved to another room, next door. That had even more bugs crawling all over the place. Got moved a couple of rooms down, and there were spiders, bugs and cockroaches, including a huge one in the bathroom. The beds had hair, and one of the blankets had crusty stains on it. It was a worn out motel and could use a huge renovation. Left early and moved to another...
