"This is a hotel, not a home. You have to haul your luggage up about four flights of stone steps, but the view from the roof is incredible of the town and all the surrounding Inca ruins. The hotel was not informed of our arrival and although VRBO said we had paid, we had to pay again on our arrival."

When the host EVENTUALLY answered, he said he had no booking! He said Expedia never communicated with him. We had to go from door to door to find somewhere that could take 8 people. Had to use one hotel for half the time and another for the rest of the time. "
