"This was a cute cozy place. Easy access for taxis! Hot shower. The only down was it was a bit cold overnight with no heat. Could have used another blanket!!"

"This hotel was awesome. The property manager was INCREDIBLY accommodating. There a warm is breakfast every morning delivered to the room. Disability accommodating as well - a modern elevator to take you up to your room. Great location with a fabulous view. "

"The standard room is not as roomy & bright but the were kind to accommodate me to a better room. The hotel is charming, with a colonial touch, clean rooms close to everything & an amazing staff who did everything to assist us! Thank you Eddy & all the staff for making out trip to Cusco so enjoyable! I highly recommend them."

"Wonderful Stay at Novotel Cusco! Our stay at Hotel Novotel Cusco was fantastic! The location is perfect – right in the heart of the historic center, close to the main square, charming shops, and top restaurants. It was so convenient to explore all that Cusco has to offer. The property itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, with a mix of modern comfort and historical charm. What really made our stay memorable, though, was the incredible staff. They were caring, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. For anyone visiting Cusco, I highly recommend Novotel – a great location, immaculate property, and a team that truly cares about your experience!"
