"well, the "friendly " check in staff knowingly put my wife and i directly beneath a room full of seemingly unsupervised rambunctious children. they ran from one end of their room for hours on end (not exaggerating in the slightest) and up and down the hallway. when i finally called the front desk, after tolerating it for an hour and a half, the person admitted that she knew the kids were out of hand and had been the night before question: in such a beautiful property, one that we plan to stay at again in two weeks, why weren't these unruly guests told to leave the property and not to come back. UNBELIEVABLE!!"
