"Nice hotel to stay after a long flight. Connected to New Chitose airport & easy to get to the JR station."

"Close to airport and various car rental companies. Note the there is no one on-site. Check-in is via a tablet on the reception counter and fuss free if you complete the pre-arrival registration. Ample car park. Spacious. However, messages to property via Hotels.com went unanswered. Another minor flaw is the living area needs more lighting as it was quite dark."

"A good hotel with onsite onsen (separate public pool for male and female)as well as 3 private onsen. And they have free icecream and light supper. Service may not be tip top excellent but still good. It at the edge of the city so having a car is advisable. "

"We had a great stay at Fenix West. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious w a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful Mountain View. We especially appreciate the shuttle services to and from town, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and easy to plan. There is no Onsen in the hotel but there is one conveniently in the hotel across the street, which kind of solve the issue. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel "

"I really mean it when I say this is the best hotel in the world and all who comes to Hokkaido must stay here for at least a night. The concierge were super helpful in bringing my 10 luggages up to the room. From the hotel facade to the rooms, they are luxurious and high class. Rooms are biggest I have stayed in Japan and everything is just spick speck clean. This hotel should be given a 6 stars. Accessible to shopping at the airport, comes with a superb onsen and dining options. "

"Very convenient to the JR station, but took their free door to Airport shuttle bus which was so nice on our departure morning since it had snowed overnight! Didn’t have to lug our bags on the snowy sidewalk!"

"Very cozy and beautiful boutique hotel with great attentive staffs. Onsen is quite the standard. Room and general areas were very clean. A little far to walk to and from the parking area but it is only because we stayed during the snowy season. Otherwise, all perfect and will go back if i plan anything at furano again."
