"I had a great 2 night stay at the Cross Hotel Sapporo. The hotel was well located (only a short walk to the main Susukino area). The staff was polite and very professional, the room was clean and well equipped. It had everything I needed for comfortable 2 day trip. Make sure you save time to try out the public bath on the 18th floor with views of the city!"

"Very quick and kind service when checked in. They showed us to our rooms and offered to help with our bags. Showed us where the emergency exits were as well and made themselves very accessible if we needed anything. Location was perfect and you could even access the subway from the basement level or shop without even going outside. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The room and bathroom were a good size and clean. Great hotel and experience staying with them. "

"Easy check in. We were allowed to store our luggage before check in time. Our room was clean. The only thing was the bathroom needed to be deodorized because there was a stench. The blackout shade in the room is excellent as it kept the room completely dark. Very convenient location. Train station, restaurants, and shopping were within five minutes walk."
