"Lovely large room! With a jacuzzi bath, just a shame the jets didn’t work. We were staying to scatter friends ashes so didn’t spend much time in the room. Bed was comfortable and large, room was clean and tidy. Plus we had a wonderful sea view! "

"Fabulous! A truly relaxing home from home, with friendly and professional staff. We appreciated the quiet of our room ( we didn’t hear other guests), it's draftproofed sash window with view over the seashore, along with a comfortable bed and sufficient space in the room to be at ease. We really enjoyed the warm, cosy and relaxed atmosphere downstairs , the character of the place and tasteful interiors, and last, but not least, the delightful christmas tree in the dining area! "Good location and a nice view over the bay. Room fixtures and fittings are very old and really could do with an update, but that is reflected in the cost so fair enough. However, cleanliness of the room and en-suite shower room we’re excellent. Top marks for that. "

Very un-green: no double glazing anywhere I saw. Room cleaning skimpy - glass shelf over sink always left unwiped, tea provisions not topped up adequately, bath not wiped round.
