"I always stay here when I come to Phoenix and this time did not disappoint again. Room was clean, when I needed anything extra the staff gave it to me, and when I reached out for extra assistance I rec'd it as well. Matthew was great and the Operations Manager Adson was superb. Both very helpful and patient. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Clarendon. The staff was considerate and caring. They allowed me to alter my original, pre-paid booking when I had to leave a night early due to a family emergency. The rooms and property are slightly dated but incredibly clean. Great pool and hot tub area. I didn’t get to visit the restaurant, gym or spa during my stay but it was nice to have these amenities on site. The area around the hotel was quiet and I felt very safe traveling solo as a young woman. There’s also a grocery store and shopping center that’s roughly a 5 minute walk from the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Excellent location with lots of restaurants nearby and just 5 min walk to convention center. Room was quiet and clean. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Staff was friendly and texted mid stay just to see if we needed anything. Overall excellent hotel."
