"I just want to thank our host again and again. The communication was amazing and Audra was so accommodating for our last minute booking. We had to rush into town due to a family member’s death, but the house’s picture perfect location makes us want to go back under happier circumstances. "

" The house is super cute and conveniently located just a short drive from the ODU campus and within walking distance to a beautiful beach. there are plenty of shopping and food, places nearby, making this a great spot for a weekend getaway. "This property was a cozy, quiet and private home away from home when my family came to Williamsburg. The set up worked well for our family of five and could also be a perfect getaway for a couple."

"Beautifully renovated place within walking distance to shops, historic sites, and the beach. We didn’t receive the door code, and the host wasn’t answering the phone. But they were apologetic and it feels like that was a glitch. "

"I stay in many VRBO’s and this is by far my favorite! The pictures honestly don’t do this beautiful home justice! Between reading on the dock and hearing the water hit the rocks, to waking up and seeing the water from your bed. Cool evenings in the hot tub with a glass of wine and a good book is the icing on the cake for this gorgeous home!I can’t wait to come back!Absolute perfection!"

"Very cute old house right on the beach but it needs some serious work.. if you open certain cabinet doors in the kitchen it hits the ceiling fan, they had the dryer door taped shut but of course it kept popping open so the dryer is unusable, stains on the carpets and wood floors, missing outlet covers, the back deck is seriously unsafe you feel it sway with any small movement and it needs a good deep clean the ac filter covers are caked in dust and they’re Cobb webs in a lot of the corners....

"It was the perfect location for a relaxing long weekend. The place is very nice, very clean, perfect for a couple, with a beautiful view on the river and beautiful sunsets. The screened in porch is great and we got to see bald eagles from the backyard. We will definitely come back off season for another quiet stay. "
