"Loved everything about the hotel and Niseko ski experience. My only suggestion is to add ski racks/tubes on the outside of the buses to make it much easier to transport back and forth to the ski area. Having your skis stacked on the front seats is inefficient and causes damage to the skis. It would be so much easier if there were racks on the outside of the buses. See Aspen or most US resorts for ideas/pictures"

"Stumbled onto this place when I could not find a place slopeside. Lucky to have done so. Better to be here just off the center of town with much more to do than slopeside. Place was immaculate and exquisitely thought out. Cannot imagine a friendlier more helpful staff. Eateries were well thought out and designed, and a lot of fun. Hot water in bathroom hot for a while, cold for a while, very unpredictable and made showering not pleasant at all, and this happens in all the shower room in the unit I stayed in. Many bugs in the room, most of it dead, looks like house keeping didn't see underneath the sofa chairs. I stayed for 10 days, they only cleaned the room every 2 days, 1st and 3rd day they replenish the amenities for the facial lotion that comes in a small...
