"Very disappointing. I knew it was a very slow week for hotels in the area because it was a korean holiday but still they gave me a view of another building’s window (deluxe room). My primary residence for my vacation was in Busan and I just needed a place to sleep in Seoul for five nights to visit family and friends. Thus the reason I chose this place. Location was okay with some peace and quiet. Lobby with well educated staff and coffee shop attached. One elevator was used for basement...
