"Great location, super cute property. The amenities were excellent for kids. I wasn't sure if firewood was provided for the firepit but there was a huge stack of wood to use and the firepit was a highlight. My husband cooked steaks on the grill and that was also a big hit. The kitchen is very tiny, as other reviewers have said, but I'd rather have the space in the seating area—the kitchen table comfortably seats 10 and could do 12. "The suite is nice and well done and the surroundings are quite pretty. Unfortunately, the description failed to include the fact that the road and parking area were under construction and completely torn up and covered in mud. Our shoes were ruined and our car needed to be detailed following our visit. "

"We had a great stay over the Christmas Break with our family. The house was large with lots of room to spread out. Beds were comfy and the fenced in yard for our dog was great. We did a lot of cooking during our stay so I would say the only negative would be the condition of some of the pots and pans. Communication with Amy was great and quick. Will def stay here again when in the area"

"Our family absolutely loved our time here. Although the weather wasn’t the best, we were able to catch some rays by the beautiful pool since it was protected from the wind. The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located to shops, grocery store, and most importantly the beautiful beach and state park. Ralph was an excellent host with timely communication. We would definitely stay here again. "
