"River Perch was amazing! We had a wonderful family long weekend in November with our two labs. Even in November, the kids and dogs had a fantastic time in the water- tubing, fishing and wading. The river was relatively shallow- no deeper than thigh high on my 12 year old. My husband tried to fish, but after 3 days gave up. Super quiet, clean, remote and has everything you need. Beautiful home in a beautiful setting with great amenities. Loved the lower level deck and propane fire pit that was ready to use!
