"Carla's cabin is an oasis of peace and relaxation. It is tucked into the woods and up against a mountain, offering an escape from the heat wave in the valley. We spent a lot of time on the porch listening to bird song and watching the hummingbirds. As usual, the house was well-appointed, comfortable and super clean. We keep coming back because we feel so peaceful there. So many whippoorwills! And Carla is the BEST host."

The seclusion, peaceful hikes, fun pool table, comfy beds and all around great place❤️❤️ We went into town of Strasburg to Dominion Doggery and had the best burgers ever! Neighbor Martha also makes the best brownies ever! It’s so peaceful and quiet and our favorite thing is to sit on the covered porch and just watch the nature 🌸🌸🌸🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛🦌🦌🦌"
