"Underwhelming compared to the likes of Capella, Langham where we are frequent travellers at. Rooms were decent however had mosquitoes on the warmer days we were at. Upgrades were offered at a charge of double the room rate, concierge was unwilling to assist at most times, especially after we declined the hotel tour packages. Won't be staying at six senses again, you can get much better hotels and service for the same price."

"Rooms were very clean & well appointed. Large variety to choose from for Breakfast. Staff were helpful although struggled with English a little. Nothing to do downstairs as building was still being developed & was unfinished"
