"I’ve enjoyed staying at this hotel, but it’s not as nice as it used to be. The staff are friendly but some seem not well trained. The hotel is nice, but is it worth the money? Feels like the hotel is not as well managed as it used to be. The spa upstairs is very run down and the steam sauna has been broken for months, with no indication of when it will be fixed. "What a peaceful place, you are really treated like royalty! Was a bit difficult getting hold of the hotel to make a booking. I couldn't do it on their website & didn't get responses from their email but the hotel confirmed everything through Expedia which was great. The buffets are amazing!! Really awesome place. "

"Nice for hanging out and walking around for shopping and visiting museums. Not far from Beijing capital international airport. Very convenient for travel to different locations. Nearby subway stations. Only thing is room not that big but still good for two people have good time there. Good breakfast. West food and local style. "

"Loved this stay! From start to finish, every one of the staff was so helpful. I speak zero Mandarin, so I needed lots of help and this staff delivered. When I was getting help with transportation to the airport, it was pointed out I had the wrong time and missed my flight. Bummer, but the staff at concierge (Elvis was his name) actually got on the phone with the airlines and was able to rebook the following day and got my original room rebooked while he was on that call. 5 ⭐️s are not enough for this awesome location and incredible staff. "
