If they could sort out cheaper parking (£14 quid for 24 hours) somewhere close by, that's the only way it could be improved as it's a bit out of the city centre. However the staff this weekend were absolutely superb and did everything to make us feel wanted and special. We will be back"

"This hotel was such good value The room was clean and spacious. There were plenty of clean, white, fluffy towels and miniature toiletries. The reception contacted us to check arrival time and to see if we needed anything. The staff were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Plymouth."
