"We had a very enjoyable stay at Victor and Francoise’s lovely holiday home and they were very accommodating with the booking, arrival time and communication. The house is very well equipped, the heated pool is great and the location is private and peaceful. Location is excellent for Bordeaux, the airport & Arcachon. We hope to return in the future!"

"The location is quiet and relaxing, great for families to get together. Plenty of games and the pool to keep everyone happy. Outdoor cooking area is a good compromise since open BBQs became banned in the area. House is a lovely space, well equipped for large groups and lovingly decorated. Lake wasn’t walkable for us - two 70 year olds with us- but the car got us there in 5 mins. Just be aware the electrics tend to trip out when it rains or when you use a particular combination of appliances....

La maison est grande, avec des équipements de qualité et beaucoup d'activités disponibles (terrain de pétanque, tennis de table, billard, babyfoot, sauna, jacuzzi, etc ...). "This villa has so much going for it. We were a mixed family group of 8 Adults and 9 kids all ages. We had enormous fun here. Loads of space for cooking and entertaining. There is a pinball machine! The pool area is super with a fully functioning outdoor kitchen. The host is kind and good on comms. 10/10 "

"We passed a great vacation in Mimizan-Beach with our large family. The house looks exactly as advertised, the pool is great and it's nicely furnished and decorated. However, we should mention some details that keep this place from being a straight 5-star object: - if the wind blows towards the sea, you get an ugly smell from the large paper mill up the road - the place needs a very thorough clean-up that includes all corners of the kitchen and the bathroom, chairs etc. "

"La maison de Jean-Marie et Michèle est magnifique, encore plus belle que ce que l'on peut s'imaginer avec les photos. La localisation est idéale: 20min du Moulleau et 30min du centre d'Arcachon à pied. Je recommande grandement cette maison pour des séjours en famille plutôt que pour des groupes d'amis car voisine à proximité. Le check-in et check-out se sont fait sans problème, très bonne communication rendue facile par Jean-Marie et Michèle, nous sommes très satisfaite de notre séjour."
