"Great location & pleasant, helpful staff. Room was a bit disappointing - we needed a walk-in shower facility (rather than a shower over bath) and were helpfully accommodated but the room was dark & drab with little wardrobe provision. Whilst the bathroom was very accessible for those with restricted mobility, access to the balcony was via a very high step with no support rails making it unusable. From our experience, website images are a lot more flattering than reality. "

"You should know that in this "hotel" you have to do everything yourself including cleaning the bathroom, make your own bed, broom and clean floors and take out trash that is 5 min walk from your apartment. In addition bring your own shower gel and shampoo as it's not provided either. When leaving you need to take your sheets with you and take it to their laundry. Zero service is provided. "

"Check in was smooth. Our apartment was clean and well furnished. The deck was nice and a lovely view overlooking the pool. The pillows were very flat but that’s the only negative. Well, a fan would be nice also but with both doors open there’s a nice breeze. "

"Property is large enough for a pleasant vacation ,we travelled as a couple property was for 4/5 which would mean using lounge as a bedroom so may be a problem with a family. Swimming pool was clean and safe . The only problem was mosquitoes we were unable to use the outside seating area with sadly all methods tried to minimise effect . Overall a relatively inexpensive property but as previously mentioned by other visitors there are a number of charges on arrival for bedding ,towels ,cleaning if...

"Second time at Les Cottages du Lac. The cottages are great and well equipped, so quiet and nice private garden to have outdoor dining, you can rent a bbq hot plate. The lake beach is a few mins walk with local playground and lots of water sports but the lake was polluted this week so we couldn’t swim in it. Nearest swimming lake nearby is 25mins at Sanguenet - beautiful! The food at the restaurant is very good but we found this year they are not as flexible as they used to be at dinner time....

"Das Haus für eigentlich 8 Personen war für uns mit 4 Personen sehr geräumig. Der eigene Pool am Haus war super. Sehr gut hat uns der große Kühlschrank mit Eisbereiter gefallen. Die Küche war mit den Geräten gut ausgestattet. Jedoch muss alles an Putzmittel (Lappen, Bürste, Spülmittel, Geschirrtücher und Spültabs) mitgebracht werden und der Geschirrspüler war recht klein. Insgesamt ist das Mobiliar auch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Geschirr müsste mal ausgetauscht werden. Die Sauberkeit...

L’endroit est chouette, l’environnement etc.. mais points négatifs Wifi 25€ la semaine qui marche assez mal, Literie vraiment moyenne.. petit lit double, matelas super dur et pas épais. "Honteux! Appartement très sale et en état déplorable. Ménage non-réalisé avant notre arrivée (sols, vitres, miroirs, placards...) : traces de nourriture, de doigts, de gras..., café résiduel dans la cafetière, cheveux partout, chasses d'eau des deux WC non-tirées, filtre du lave-vaisselle encrassé, baignoire bouchée, intérieur des placards sale et malodorant.... Le personnel de ménage n'étant plus sur place, nous n'avons eu d'autre choix que de faire un grand ménage pendant plus de 2H30 à 4...
