"I booked this hotel with breakfast included, but Expedia send me and the hotel email without mentioning about the breakfast. So the hotel didn't offer me the free breakfast. Now I checked in next hotel, the same situation happened again. Really disappointed with Expedia. Contact them at app, no response at all. "

"This property appears to still be under construction. There was still lots of construction equipment and unfinished walling around. The elevator was a little sketchy. We were there in cold weather, and windows were open, and with huge gaps between walls and windows. Poor construction and unfinished."

"Amazing doesn’t even get you half way! This is an incredible hidden gem in Guilin. Nestled in the middle of the botanical gardens, this hotel is perfect! 10 stars! The staff is warm and welcoming and incredibly friendly and helpful, even for the non-Chinese speaking guests. The staff went above and beyond at every turn. This is a must stay if you get the chance. The rooms are huge the bed and pillows incredibly comfortable. I haven’t slept this well in years. The included breakfast was delicious, they have a pool and a pool table, table tennis and a billiards table as well. Laundry machines which are free for guests. They have it all."
