"Our check in with Brandon was a great start to our excellent stay. Brandon was professional, efficient, informative and friendly. The complex was very attractive and nicely landscaped. Our room was wonderful! It was large, clean, stylish and very comfortable with in room coffee and fridge. We very much enjoyed the delicious breakfast with ample yummy options and then were delighted to be checked out by fantastic Brandon. All this at a great price. Highly recommend!"

"Best Western is usually my first choice of hotel when I'm traveling. I have never been disappointed with my stays! The employees at the Union Gap one were very helpful and friendly. Our room was fantastic. Breakfast was awesome...so many things to choose from, including custom omelets and eggs! I opted for the egg scramble (eggs, potatoes, onions, and sausage) with country gravy over the top. This location doesn't have a restaurant like some, but across the parking lot is an Outback Steakhouse and your hotel stay gets you a 10% discount. If you don't want to go back out, you can call them and have it delivered to your room (still getting the discount). I usually don't need to do laundry when I travel, but after a week, I needed some clean clothes. A load of laundry cost $1.50 to wash and $1 to dry (coin only, but front desk will exchange bills for coins). You can buy Tide soap powder at the front dest."
