He reached out several times to make sure we found the key caddy at the 7/11 and had plenty of soap, shampoo etc. He was available and very quick to respond to every question! I did not care about a view because we were not going to be in the condo very much BUT to my surprise it was lovely to come back and leave the blinds open and see all the buildings with Christmas lights. "Stayed here for 5 days and it’s was wonderful The apartment was clean and the linens and towels look new! Plenty of kitchen ware to support a weeks stay as well! And the coffee was stocked 🙂 The building was quiet and I felt very safe as a lone female traveller. Just know it’s in the heart of the Granville, so parking will be a pain. Communication with Vivian was great , fast and simple I’m in Vancouver yearly and this will be my go to spot to call home for the week !"
