"A Experience at Cristalino – The Best Hotel in Bacalar! Cristalino exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the customer service at check-in and in the restaurant was outstanding. The hotel is safe, quiet, and incredibly relaxing, making it the perfect getaway. The rooms were comfortable, the food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was just what we were looking for. One of the highlights was the easy access to the water—you can literally walk in and reach a boat tour hotspot. Plus, they provide kayaks, which made exploring the lagoon even more enjoyable. We didn’t know it at first, but this property actually sits on one of the seven cenotes in the Bacalar Lagoon, which made our stay even more special. The location is also ideal—just a short 5-minute drive to the center of Bacalar, where you’ll find great restaurants and shopping. I was told multiple times that this is the best hotel in Bacalar, and they absolutely delivered. I will definitely be returning!"

"Great place to stay!! Friendly staff, rooms were bigger than we thought they would be and super clean. We went on a family trip, 10 of us between adults and kids, felt safe at all times. After the lake we walked to the centro from the hotel at night,there was a night market with all types of food and goodies. Families, couples, groups of friends and some by people by themselves, we were all enjoying the great atmosphere, lots of fun!!!"
