"First was booked on 31st floor - Room was huge and comfortable but very dated and A/C didn't work -After one night asked them to change me - they did without hesitation - new room on the 8th was smaller but wonderful and "new" - staff is great they really try. "The front desk staff had been helpful during our 1 week stay. The staff was kind to advise my daughter with her online purchase-delivery. The hotel location was good, closes to train stations and malls. The only disappointing was the house keeping.. half the time I was wondering did they actually clean the room or not. "The room is pretty clean and has technology(Virtual assistant). I saw the pic showing the room has a Dyson hair dyer, but in reality, it doesn't. Overall, perfect location and cleanness. Note the highest level is 6. Don't expect too much. Recommended. "
