"The room is pretty clean and has technology(Virtual assistant). I saw the pic showing the room has a Dyson hair dyer, but in reality, it doesn't. Overall, perfect location and cleanness. Note the highest level is 6. Don't expect too much. Recommended. "

"First was booked on 31st floor - Room was huge and comfortable but very dated and A/C didn't work -After one night asked them to change me - they did without hesitation - new room on the 8th was smaller but wonderful and "new" - staff is great they really try. Breakfast was good - coffee was great "

"Peeling wallpaper, air-con that didn't work (And when I rang and asked the staff to fix it one came to the room and opened a window), Stained carpet, poor internet... Very substandard."

"The hotel is nice, modern and clean. Quite central too. Staff not very helpful. Easy Walt to the palace and to the 1912 zone. Reasonably close to subway lines 2 and 5."

"The location is right outside of the train/subway station, easy to visit the city and get on the speed train. Hotel is clean. Some staffs are very helpful. I asked for a receipt, the front desk check out tells me that she can't give me one, because I paid online. When we call some phone buttons for service, no one answers."
